Mcdonald's

Just went through the McDonald’s drive thru. I ordered two burgers, 2 fries, and 2 cookies. Got all the way home and realized they never put the burgers in our bag. I tried calling several times but there was a busy signal. I drove all the way back, told them what happened, I get no apology or anything. She tells me to drive to the first window. I get there and she asks for the receipt, which I gave her. She then asks for the bag. ( I don’t understand why they need to see the bag) but I didn’t have the bag. At this point, we are starving and ended up eating the fries and cookies before we went back there. She then tells me to pull to the second window. I get there and another girl hands me a bag in which there is only one burger in there, not two and she’s telling me that both are in the bag but again, only one was in there. Still no apology or anything. She tells me to pull up to the third window, and they finally give me the other burger. I will reiterate, no apology or anything. I’m very annoyed with the situation. I can understand that maybe they have people try to get free food but wasn’t there two extra burgers made that didn’t get put in a bag? (Was my thought process.) I wasn’t lying and the fact I drove all the way home and had to go back and then they aren’t apologetic for making a mistake… never going there again. Horrible customer service and the lady that was in charge of giving me my food needs a different job. She couldn’t put anything in my bag that was correct.

Never, ever, ever do they get our order right. I just bought one happy meal and one big Mac (not a meal).. I asked for apples and got fries. I asked for e Xtra sauce and got the same dry big Mac. If I didn't love the burger, id stop going. When my granddaughter eats a burger with just ketchup.. she gets pickles and mustard or onions. I check before I head home and we have to go back through and every ones food is cold. $15 an hour? Someone needs to be doing food prep supervision. 😩 oh, and no napkins. You seriously have to do a mental checklist before leaving.

I don't normally visit this location due to the poor service I've previously experienced. Stopped in for 2 kids meals and waited 10 min after going through the line. When I went inside, they were just standing there with it. One of the workers just said, yeah go ahead and let her have it. Umm, why didn't you bring it out? The food was hot but still not worth it!
