Taco Bell

Came through the drive thru tonight, guy taking our order sounded impatient, didnt offer much of a greeting. Ordered a crunchwrap, 2 bean burritos with sour cream and extra cheese, 2 chili cheese burritos and a thing of cinnamon twists. He handed it out to us with no thank you, no smile, nothing. There was no cinnamon twists, both bean burritos had no sour cream and very little cheese. Is it customary to treat customers this way AND make them pay extra for food stuffs they dont receive? Worst food experience I have ever had. Will be writing a lengthy email to Stephanie, Jodi and Corporate.

Honestly the best Taco Bell I've eaten at. The service has always been A1. Their food has been consistent and delicious every single visit and I am not kidding. I was surprised to see such commitment and dedication from such a group of younger people. More often than not I think people see younger people at work and the think something negative or that they may not be qualified and more often than not you'd be right. NOT HERE! The group of young adults have proven to be trustworthy and their ability to deliver quality food at a good price and CONSISTENCY is why we eat there. From early afternoon, to that late night craving this Taco Bell is our only choice. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
