So I ordered a kids meal and a number 1 big Mac. I got home to find my burger lol like the cook took a bite out of it lol. I couldn't take it back was my lunch hour was gone and I was back servicing homeowners. Won't be back to this location anymore.

I tend to choose this location over the one closest to me because this location and its employees all get it right. Exterior/Drivethru is always clean. Food is consistently fresh and tasty. Employees are all so pleasant to interact with. Yeah, definitely my preferred McDonald's in Oxnard.

Was greeted upon entering. When asked to use the restroom i was givin the code to the restroom. The restrooms i found to be clean and fully stocked with toilet paper and hand towels . Also worth mentioning is how clean the bathroom was. Overall had a pleasant dining experience.

The wi- fi is terrible. The food taste good and hot. The restroom 's are sometimes dirty and smell . The homeless beg there from early morning to late night. But if the manager is there he does go out and ask them to leave. The manager has improved the restaurant alot. Julian is a great manager and knows how to run the restaurant.

At the drive thru, I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal with an extra patty of meat. I was charged for this order ($10.91). When I got home, I found out that I was given a Quarter Pounder meal (not deluxe) with NO second meat patty. I tried calling multiple times but line was busy. I have no smartphone. A similar thing happened at this location a couple of months ago. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it.

One of the worst locations in ventura county. Just sat waiting on a simple mobile order for 25 minutes. The employees were super cold and unfriendly when they brought our food out. The girl tried to keep my receipt from me so I couldn’t leave a review, I had to ask her for it as she was already walking back in the store with it in her hand. Got home down the street and all the fries 🍟 we cold! The coke was flat and the sprite was just soda water. Definitely avoid this location if you can.
