Very good food and prices. Today I ordered all you can eat enchilada for 9.99, is my second time here and food and service have been great. Enchilada arrived in 5 minutes, so will definitely come back :-)

I was reminded today of why we don't eat at El Torito. Not only was the food horribly overpriced, but the service was incredibly slow. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge we were there, and believe me...they were NOT busy. Maybe a dozen tables were taken in the whole place. The portion sizes were a joke when you think of how much you're paying for it. The best of the meal was the little glob of sweet corn bread they give you. Needless to say, we won't be going back to El Torito anytime soon. You get better food at better prices at the Cabo Grill & Cantina in Oxnard.
