It’s always a great time over at BWW. We did get there before the dodger game started. Bar seating was full so we did wait quite some time to be seated indoors. We then proceeded to wait even longer to get our drink order in. So that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 starts. The gal serving us finally showed up and said she was unaware she would be our server. Maybe a little more communication amongst the workers would be better. So when our drink order was taken we didn’t want to chance it on waiting even longer. Food was served fairly quickly, was fresh and hot. Drinks followed, game started and Dodgers won. Overall it was a good day. Don’t know if I will return though. I do understand everyone is short staffed but it could have a bit better customer service.

I placed an online order. I ordered a 10 pieced boneless with wedges. instead I got stale, cold fries, incorrect dipping sauces, and lukewarm chicken. They don't seem to care what I have order and just assume everyone orders the same food. Pay attention to the order that people has placed. Instead of hastily pushing out orders. Also the quality of the food down right poor especially the price they charge.

Ordered thru the app on Sat evening and was given one hour estimate before order can be ready, decided to give them a call to check if they're ready half hour later, the lady who answered confirmed my order is ready and said I could call back and they can bring the food out to curbside. Upon arrival, curbside were full so I parked next to the business at socalgas, called again and asked if they could bring out my order, meet halfway, they said no only curbside, so I went inside and waited at the order counter and the guy who answered the phone brought my order out to me, happily thanking him as I no longer have to wait in line.
Wings were OK, we've got lemon pepper, garlic BBQ and Asian zinger, I like the latter one best. I also enjoyed the carrots and got our own ranch to dip in, but did not enjoy the fries as much. Quite pricey for just wings, would only order with coupons

Food was great but we all came home feeling sick and had diarrhea the next day. Trying to pinpoint what we all ate that could have been bad but we believe that they did not sanitize their tables or menus because even my toddler felt the same way. Just wanted to share my experience in case more people felt the same way and they need to be aware of this negligence in Sanitation!

Skip the wings- Bbq smoked brisket is the best. I’ve also had the bbq smoked brisket cheeseburger and it was amazing! Highly recommend, worth every penny. I also recommend getting the potato wedges as the side substitute.

The worst service from Jessica, my daughter’s wings were completely dry no sauce at all, the wings were soooo hard and crunchy you couldn’t eat them, they tasted horrible like they just reheated them, when we ordered our drinks Jessica said “just to let you know your drinks are a separate fee” like we don’t know that. Finally my order came completely wrong, I ordered lemon pepper fries, I got regular, I ordered 6 wings I got 10 and they were expecting to charge me for the 10. Completely different service from our previous experience there but I’m sure Jessica couldn’t make the difference but her attitude was worse than the food 😡

Arrive around 3pm not busy at all. about 3-5 tables were occupied. Had to wait for the host to seat us. We sat in a booth which the seat have no cushion. Seats of the booth are loose and seem ready to fall apart. Would like to see booths repairs and more booths added on. I see people ask for booths rather than a regular seat. Food was good, atmosphere was ok, a little pricey.

Went there for my son's birthday we had a party of 17 ppl 5 of them being kids and 1 under a year old and it was a busy night but the staff was super fast on putting tables together for us didn't matter if our whole party was there or not. When it came down to order drinks I was a little scared bc I didn't know if it was too much for the young girl that was helping us but she had it under control and same with the food. Nothing went wrong and my son had a good time.
