I buy coffee there daily and food occasionally. My son loves their regular hot coffee, I sometimes enjoy their hazelnut hot or frozen coffee.

I am sooo sick of terrible coffee from dunkins. Coffee is burnt, barely any cream or flavoring, if they even remember to put it in. And yet the price keeps going up.

No matter the time of day, I feel like you'll always be waiting in this drive thru for at least 15 minutes. A couple times, I tried avoiding the line, so I ordered online and went in. Both times that I went in, they hadn't even looked at the online orders yet, so I ended up waiting 15 minutes regardless.
I'm sure the employees are trying their best though. It's not their fault that they're understaffed, but this is unfortunately my least favorite location.

Whoever was working the window served me faster than any other location I have ever been at. The coffee was way over sweetened though.

What happened??? I always LOVED Dunkin's. Went to 2 different locations recently and both were OUT OF COFFEE. One had no hot coffee, no use of the toasters and such and only chocolate munchkins. WHAT? The other place had no cold brew and others waited up to 35 minutes for their order after is was ordered on the app. (Just a bagel and coffee). What is going on??

Got in the Drive-Thru. Sadly once I was in and I was trapped I spent 38 minutes in the Drive-Thru! I understand they are short staffed but 10 of those minutes were at the window where they forgot to cook our two bacon egg and cheese croissants. When we finally received them they were burnt and tasted horrible. We almost finished our coffees, they gave us first before the sandwiches came out

Espresso machine was "down for cleaning" after I had placed an on-the-go. Fine, I get that. My replacement order couldn't be filled because they did not have non-dairy milk. Fine, I get that.
Could not be issued a refund because no one on the staff knew how to do it. No one. At all. I was told to come back in the morning for my refund--- except I live an hour away.
Not entirely confident in this staff.
