Wendy's

Wendy’s has to have the absolute worse service in Oxford, AL at this point. I placed a mobile order and let the young lady at the speaker know. She said “ok, pull around.” There was a line but not a big deal to me. When I got to the window, the young lady stated she didn’t have my order. I confirmed the restaurant and showed her my order number. She then said “yeah this happened the other day too but I can’t do nothing about it.” I asked again if the order number would help. She said what you want me to do with it.” I told her I would like my order. She instructed me to get back in line to order. I asked to speak with the manager. She left and a young lady with a pink synthetic wig came to the window and asked me to get back in line and I politely declined. She slammed the window and 15mins later and officer knocked on my window. He was nice and we chatted and he agreed to go get the district manager’s number. However, they gave him a wrong number. All in all, extremely incompetent employees. I believe everyone I encountered today may suffer from some form of intellectual disabilities.

Please if your a customer.. go somewhere else. If your the corporate office...fire everyone here and start over! From unprofessional attitudes to their apperance.. horrible!! They serve cold food and the wrong order. Tried to give an opportunity to make it right and they simply handed back the same food. One employee pants were completely ripped on the inner thigh. The girls were too busy handing out free food to the single guys coming theu the drive thru...

The sign on the door and online it clearly states that they open at 6:30 on Sundays. Never. They never do. They open when they feel like it. This is this is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. It is now 7:00a.m. and still not open. Then the little sassy manager actually got smart with me about it. Never again though.

This morning go see as we’re I should have went first, but nooooo I want some Wendy’s potatoes. So this so call manager LIER!!! But whoever was on “HEADSET” Because she said it wasn’t her, LIER. Was bout the rudest person in customer service, I ask are you not having a good day or something like that. But she said it wasn’t her she sent that person on break, LIER!!! I went to see and no one in the lobby, but one co-worker which was a guy. Just RUDE NEVER WILL I GO BACK.
