I used to work this location they had roaches that they couldn’t get rid of, dead mice on traps, a barista machine that had rat droppings in it, they kept there soup in a trash can and in the picture below the gm Sierra Nichols told me to use the soup for the customers because she didn’t wanna waste it, also the wall behind the counter had built up sauces on it never cleaned. Also the soup well was constantly packed with items preventing them from temping I am surprised no one got sick.

Two occasions in a row now they sliced my bagel not in half but sliced a very thin slice off the top of it, Making it impossible to spread cream cheese. Just plain lazy and no I commitment to quality At the drive-through

I work at this location and it’s purely disgusting, they keep there sauce bottles for the sandwiches in a nasty container, they have moldy nasty cheese that they serve, towels and aprons (dirty) laying all in the back everywhere, and they have bugs super bad due to not cleaning PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH

I love me some Panera bread. The service at this store was good as was the food. The store was clean and everyone seemed to be adhering to covid guidelines.

I found a sticker in my Mac and Cheese bowl… it is very odd and I didn’t end up finishing it once I saw it. That can’t be safe. I scrapped it out to see what was on the bottom and I figured out that it was this nasty looking sticker.

I'm updating my review that was originally 5 stars. Apparently this place is still very hit or miss depending on the people working. During my last visit they were sold out of most of the desserts (never seen that before), and I waited half an hour for regular dark roast coffee after being told it would "take about 2 minutes." It was never brought out. I ordered a specialty coffee thinking it would be faster... nope. That one took nearly 20 minutes, and there was still no dark roast available.
