Worst store ever for drive thru service. I sat there today for 25 minutes trying to get just a drink but finally gave up. I honked several times when I would see someone but they totally ignored me. There were three cars that had pulled in behind me but ended up backing out and leaving. I needed to get gas too but ended up leaving and going to Jumpin Jacks. They were happy to have me as a customer. Will go there from now on.

It honestly never fails, anytime I attempt drive thru service, I will sit there for 3-5 minutes with not so much as a peep from anyone through the speaker. Nobody ahead of or behind me. So I inevitably park and go in. Today there was one woman at the register one woman working in the food prep area, two women talking behind/in front of the counter and another woman meandering through the store. Once one of them finally took notice of the customer waiting to get food she annoyingly asked what he wanted.(He walked in as I pulled into the drive through and had been waiting for at least 3 minutes) And of course as soon as I come in two people were in the drive thru and the meandering woman was taking their orders and getting them what they ordered. It cannot be stressed enough, that if you don't like working with people, please get out of the service industry. I only come to this store because its close to where I work. (And the potato wedges) But I guess I'll be driving a little further from now on.

why do these stores offer breakfast foods and never have enough? you should know what your sales are, make good projections, and be prepared. seems like every time i come in to get something, you do not have the complete ingredients or i have to wait up to 15m to have it prepared. we pay extra for the convenience of quick and easy and i really don't want to give my money somewhere else. i will drive out of my way to bypass the other stores.

Poor customer service. Gas also seems to be priced much higher then anywhere else in town. I tried to ignore the dirty ice dispensers and the bad food and the poor customer service but after seeing how much more gas was then other places today I'm fed up with them as a store and as a company. I get better service and cheaper prices at the mom and pop gas station.
