Panera Bread

Placed an online order today for Rapid Pickup. I ordered a Pick-Two and upgraded my cup of soup to a bowl of soup and modified the chosen sandwich. I showed up to have the order brought out to my car and had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the time of expected pickup (10 minutes after placing the order it was supposed to be ready). Then once I returned home with my food, my bowl of soup wasn't even filled completely. It was about half full, so I basically received a cup of soup after paying extra for the bowl of soup. The sandwich was made to order correctly and this Panera is usually on top of things.

My 70 year old grandmother was screamed at very rudely after expressing due to medical reasons she couldn’t wear a mask and would sit down ASAP but instead a man in a bun with a rainbow mask screamed and had the worst costumer service experience ever and he should be fired for how he talked to her after she spent at least $150.. not that money matters will never be back. Also his name is Brandon and he needs to be fired now... and then went to scream at my mother also he needs to be fired now and said he would call the police after screaming at our grandmother we know all the police and they love us so nice try Brandon....
