This place is reverting to what it used to be! I've ordered here twice in the past few weeks and have had a very positive experience both times. For starters, the person on the phone didn't sound stoned, and has provided accurate cook times and totals as I've placed my order. The person running the register has been alert, courteous, and acknowledges customers. A welcome change from a year or so ago. The inside also looks a bit cleaner and whatever the cause of the perpetual wet floor sign was, it's apparently been fixed. The food itself WAS ACCURATE. Many reviews in the last few years have mentioned this and I had experienced it myself. I'm pleased to say this seems to have been remedied! The pizzas have been generously topped and perfectly cooked. The chicken was also very good. I assume there was either a change in ownership or management that happened and it has all been for the better. If you're considering ordering but reluctant due to some of the past few years I'll encourage you to give this place another shot.

I've been ordering from here for 5-6 years. I generally order the same thing, a large A'mour-za with hot sausage and mixed olives. I've never had a problem till this year. All of a sudden, I've been told it doesn't come with hot sausage. And that it's always been that way. And tonight I was told that it only comes in a medium at the biggest. I live 5 minutes from the location. But always takes 45-50 minutes minimum for delivery. It used to take 10-15 minutes ordering in the location. Now it's taking up to 30-35 minutes. Tonight's the last time I will be ordering from here.

This used to be really great - one of my favorites. The last two times were a disaster. First, they delivered a desert pizza w/o the cream cheese but gave me $3 back as compensation for a pizza that wasn't worth eating. Last time they delivered, the pizza crust was unbelievably irregularity shaped and the bottom was covered in a combination of flour and, what I assumed was, burnt flour or crust crumbs. Never going back.

One of the better tasting pizza places in town. Still love their pizza crust and their pepperoni taste better than other pizza places in Ottumwa. Would have given 5 stars however over the years their bread sticks have changed, they used to be very full fluffy soft and baked to golden deliciousness.. Sadly they are now very thin deflated bread sticks and a bit like biting into pale pieces of cardboard... and no the salad bread sticks are not great either.

6-17-18 8:30 pm 'Sean' asked to take my order, but didn't sound like he really wanted to. I ordered 8pc. Family meal, mashed potatoes and gravy as the 2 sides. He told me the total & said it'd be 45 min. When I didnt respond he asked if i needed something else, I said yes I need to pay for it. An hour later it arrived & after tip was just under $31. Did not get the 4 biscuits. Potatoes were barely warm, had to heat up in microwave. Both gravies were only 1/2 full. Got 3 legs, 3 thighs and 4 wings none looked or tasted freshly cooked. Beyond extra crunchy, too hard to chew. Worked 10 hours that day, this was to be Father's Day supper for family and it was horrible and expensive. Ordered Casey's pizza 15 minutes after getting it. Will not be ordering from there again. Couldn't post without a 'star'

Ordered a tenderloin and fries online. But it came with onion rings instead. And when I called and asked why that was they told me they was out of fries. They should've called and asked if that was ok because I don't like onion rings. Plus the tenderloin and rings was over cooked and cold. Won't be ordering from here anymore.

I have ordered from them online many times. They have never gotten the order right. I stopped getting food from them for a while. I ordered from them Friday April 5. They called and told me that three of the four things I ordered where out of stock. So I canceled my order. Now it is Tuesday April 9 and I still have not gotten a refund for my order. It took them two seconds to take my money but havnt gotten it back to me and now they won't answer my calls
