Anna Fine Thai

Ana Thai used to be our favourite restaurant back when it was owned by the authentic Thai people. We ordered Mango salad which was red in colour, obviously mixed with soy sauce and oyster sauce, NOT how you make the thai mango salad. Stir fry beef and chicken tasted weird as obviously were stir fried with oyster sauce, it tasted more like Chinese than a Thai food. It barely had meat, chicken tasted like a cough syrop and beef was very rubbery. Fish was smothered with supposedly thai sauce but tasted more like a syrop made out of oyster sauce . Very disappointed, now I remember why I stopped coming to this place 10 years ago. Save your money for something else .

At the present time, Covid 19 has closed a lot of restaurants to eating in and have gone to take out or delivery. We called Anna Thai Cuisine to order some food for pick up for our Anniversary. The food was ready and waiting when we showed up. They were very well organized and had the food waiting at a table inside the front door with the key pad to pay on the table as well. The gentleman was waiting at the back of the restaurant and waved to say hello and told me to enjoy our food. And enjoy it we did. It was hot, fresh and so good! Thank you! This is our new favourite Thai restaurant! Update: We have been faithfully ordering from this restaurant all during Covid but the last few times we have ordered the food has lost its quality and quantity. The portions are smaller then usual and do not taste as good as they used to. Not sure what’s going on but it’s too expensive to take a chance that it will be better than last time.
