Subway

Always call before if you're coming here because they probably aren't open. They claim it's because of employees and they don't have enough. I'm no manager of a subway but 3-4 people on the same shift isn't necessary at a small subway like this. That could easily cover the missed hours they claim they can't cover. If you can't open on your listed opening hours then just give me a key and I'll go make my sub for myself. Consistency and reliability is key in the restaurant business and they just play by their rules. Awful.

Ottawa Subway sucks! Their drive thru is never open .. they never answer their phone to take call in orders .. we get subway coupons in our local paper but they won’t honor them.. they raised their prices on their subs.. this is the last time we are going and never going back again!!!👎👎👎👎..RIDICULOUS!

Went here on (1/18/21 @ 6:14 pm), the staff was very unhelpful and didn’t seem happy at all to be disturbed to make us a few sandwiches. Then they gave us sandwiches with half the toppings not on the sandwich, couldn’t tell us which drink was which, didn’t have anything we wanted on the sandwiches. On top of that, when we tried to go in to order they were very rude telling us to get out. If you don’t want people in your restaurant then lock the doors or put up a sign saying so. This location is the worst thing to happen to a subway since subway Jarred was arrested. I’ll just make my own damn sandwich , I will not be returning to this location.

I visited on 11/24 , was the only one in line and young boys in lobby. They kept telling me to hang on and I gave my order twice and the girl said she hates people over the speaker. Ordered a 6 inch got a 12 inch and it was so salty I had to throw it away. Will not be back as it was a bad experience.

One of the best Subway shops I've ate at. Plenty of room to sit eat inside with large windows surrounding if you want to enjoy looking outside but can also be very bright on sunny days. There's also a drive-thru which is convenient if you're so inclined. They have a great variety to choose from and all the sandwiches I've had are great. Good selection of cookies as well and they're usually readily available. Never had an issue with the staff even in regards to getting the right items in the drive-thru.
