Mcdonald's

Interesting experience today. Forgot our sprite cup so they gave us another one free. Also ordered their donuts but got their apple fritter so they gave us 2 donuts to make up for it. My coffee has no sugar when I asked for 5. Ants all under our table so that's gross. Inside is pretty run down, we most definitely won't be back this location anytime soon.

Did an app pick up. They were quick and efficient for how big our order was. Only missed one item and they had it out before we even had to ask for it. So technically didn’t miss, just had to make 2 trips (3 bags and a drink holder worth of food. Understandable) well worth the pick up for the time crunch we are kinda on.

Today is May 15th. I just left I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal and a strawberries and cream pie. I want to let corporate and whoever runs that McDonald's on 34 know that they have an amazing team. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order nothing to do with the employees. There was a customer ahead three cars of me that was very crazy. She was yelling at the employees banging on the window making stuff up. And made other cars leave because she would not listen to what the employees had to say. The shift lead or manager that was on duty handled the situation amazingly as well as the other employees that were with her. I hope that the general manager or whoever it is reads this and praises their employees for being amazing. Keep up the great work guys I know you guys are probably very short staffed and I think you for working and doing what you do and I think you for working and doing what you do

They need to figure out a better mobile app system I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a happy meal and a shake. I will just go though the drive through as every car that was there when I arrived was long gone. This goes for every McDonald’s mobile location as I have yet to have a good experience.
