White Castle

While I normally wouldn't post about a fast food place, I recently went here and had an experience I'd not had anywhere else. I ordered a split 10 pack, with 5 having some things and 5 having another. The gentleman reconfirmed my order and when I pulled up to the window, he asked to reconfirm it so they could make sure it was correct. Finally, the woman who gave me my food was genuinely happy and pleasant. Far too often, fast food places have employees who seemingly hate their job and couldn't care if your order was right or wrong. Well done White Castle. Well done.

I only have been to the drive thru and the crew I have spoken with was nice. I ordered the impossible burger both times I've gone and it takes them a while to make it. However when I get it, the food is hot and the sides I ordered where as well (they obviously did not pull the sides until the main portion was done, which I appreciate). The only reason it's 4 stars is because it has taken way longer to get my meal than other White Castles in the area.

White Castle is one of the slowest places in the world - this place is no exception. The employees told me to pull around to the front, which I did, but they meant the side to crave zone 2. I ended up waiting a little longer than an eternity to get my food. While the wait time seems to be a business model, the food is good. The staff is typically friendly as well.

had to wait 18 minutes in the drive through 7 minutes to order and 11 minutes to get my food , only ordered 4 jalapeno burgers, 1 fries and a brownie desert on a stick, only got 3 jalapeno burgers 2 fries and no desert???? should have checked before I left but frankly was done by then... called when I got home as I didnt have the correct order and manager just hung up on me, terrible experience and didnt get what I paid for.

I havent been to a White Castle in years. Just never really had a stomach for it. But my Mother and I came here during lunch rush and theres only 4 people working in the back. Drive thru and dining is FULL and these people busted their butts to get everyones order. First time i've seen hard working people like this in a long time. Very very satisfied.
