Subway

I love subway. I have been eating at subways since I was at least a teenager. I started out always having the veggie delight. I did not care for sandwich meat back then. The quality was just not there. But once they stepped it up a notch I decided to go turkey , which is my go to for years now. I always order the same thing and it is always delicious. Its been years and years , and I see lots of subway in my future as well. Just thinking about makes me want a sub. 😁

I love subway and this location is convenient to go to on my break at work. But i have to say the other ones better. This locations lettuce is always off looking like its sat out to long. The cheese is covered in crumbs and peieces of meat at times. I shouldn't have to watch what im asking for due to the place being a mess. One time i went in and they were so understocked that the only had wheat bread. The lady that server me that day was really nice and explained she just got in and thats all she had time to make so i dont blame her at all. As someone whos a manager in food service i understand and such a lack of prep is horribly unprofessional of the prievious crew that worked to leave no bread preped for the next shift.

A lot of newbies for workers. That explains all the negative reviews. But you can only give the benefit of the doubt so many times. If you get someone who knows what their doing you're ok. Your sandwich won't look like a mess and get a little better customer service. Just gotta be patient with the newbies. They're still learning and annoyed by customers. Management needs to train them to welcome customers and not be annoyed by the inconvenience of serving.

Was just at this location and the girl behind the counter was about as useless as they come. When the customer has to tell the employee to spread the meat out on the subs so that it covers the whole sub I think it's time for a change. This is not the first time that the employees at this location have been terrible.

Wow, just surprised at the lack of service. Didn't know Subway trained their employees to say "what do you want" to start off your order. But we did each get about 30 napkins so I suppose that made it all better. (in her defense, the one employee did chitty-chat with us while sweeping, so she was nice later on).
