It's fast food and always comes in clutch when you are in a pinch and want something semi healthy when all you have are sides at the house. Get the app. An 8 pc bucket can be obtained for $10. WORTH IT. The Rosemont location is always busy, and thus, the service can be a bit slow because they seemed to be understaffed. There have been a couple of occasions where they didn't have what I wanted. How does a chicken place run out of chicken?!! Because it's that good.

The food was great and people friendly tables needed to be refreshed and they gave me the chemicals thank you hats off I like cleaning like I see fit awesome don't want to leave with more than the chicken I came for.., lol

I had an okay experience.. each KFC branch is different one it takes 5min to get you food n it's warm and one it takes few seconds after you pay n it's fresh
