My friend took me here to get coffee. I was very impressed with the staff. They are very helpful and do not rush you like other places might. The menu is also solid. There are plenty of options but not too many. I have never said to myself that I do not want anything on the menu. The options are at very reasonable prices as well. I always expect to spend more than I actually do. The café is clean and well decorated. There are lovely plants and a great chess table and set. I have never seen any garbage lying around here.

Got a chai tea with oat milk and a Mexican hot chocolate with oat milk, oh my they were delicious. Thought they served some breakfast options as well but was told the cafe next to them had closed down. Which wasn't a big issue just got breakfast elsewhere. The customer service was great, she was sweet and I appreciated being able to try the drinks before leaving to make sure we liked them. Would definitely be here again once in the area.

Jenny was such a sweetheart! We drove through as our last stop out of the city, and she greeted us quickly, helped put together a drink order for us (I wanted to try something local I couldn't get anywhere else), and chatted with us. Her personality was so vibrant and kind. Additionally, the drinks themselves? Delicious! We purchased one juice and one coffee and neither disappointed. It's a great stop with quick service!

I absolutely love this place! I have been looking for a good coffee shop that has authentic coffee near me for a while. when I moved to Orem I found this cute shop down the street from my house! I love coming here before work in the mornings. the staff is always super kind and they make you feel happy even on the hardest of mornings! the prices are better than a lot of coffee shops around and they have an amazing cold brew and matcha green tea! best coffee shop I've been to! definitely my new regular spot!!

Coffee is great. They make it how you like it, quickly, and affordable. All the baristas seem really well trained and have great customer service. The coffee is consistent and they always have something new to offer their customers. The café and bathrooms are kept very clean, and they offer a large variety of snacks and treats. They also have kid friendly beverages and snacks, as well as seating accommodations. I've tried ALL the other cafes in the Orem/Provo area, this is 100% the best one in regards to taste, customer service and price.

When I come in for a cup of coffee here I am always pleased by the service because everyone is so friendly and the coffee is superb. I would very much suggest ordering the Guatemalan coffee black, it has such a smooth taste. I always make friends here and it is a stellar place to hang out and study. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Been looking for a local place to make a good italian soda. Not just the soda part but with cream in it and whipped cream on top. This is the place. It was so delicious! They had lots of flavors to choose from. I got raspberry vanilla and my husband got peach coconut. Next time I want one, I'll be coming back here!

Love this place.. I really quite like Juice N Java, i feel like over the years i have been going there the service has gotten better/friendlier but, i have certainly never experienced anything like some of these lower star reviews. The newer group of baristas at the orem location seem to be much more bubbly and outgoing, which i really like. Most of them know my name and have my coffee waiting for me. I have never had a bad coffee from anyone here, there are small discrepancies, but i feel like that is to be expected since they don t use automated things like Starbucks. I don t mind the small differences between the baristas drinks, but maybe thats just me. I ve turned a lot of my friends on to this place and never heard anything bad from them either. The only complaint i would make, is that the building could use a little love. They have a nice patio, and the inside is large enough, but it is all quite out-dated and a little boring. The wood around their drive-up window is also rotting away. I d never stop going because of this, but I m sure it would bring in more customers if it looked a little more inviting?

It's a coffee shop. Juice N Java is like any non-chain coffee shop; it has its own culture. Every drink is fantastic, even their non-caffeinated options, but you have to learn how each worker makes their drinks. Some make it too sweet, some make it too strong, and some might not mix it well enough, but that's the experience you'll get most anywhere unless you go to starbucks everyday. <br/><br/>They're usually pretty nice, especially to regulars, but they won't coddle you, and they WILL close the doors on you at 7pm, no matter who's closing up the shop. Plan accordingly.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!. THIS PLACE BLOWS!! What a way to start the day then with a rude barista with a bad attitude who hates their job and makes it your problem and takes it out on your coffee!! HERE IS A HINT FOR YOU J&J BARISTAS WHEN SOMEONE ASKS AND PAYS FOR EXTRA EXPRESSO THEY CAN ACTUALLY TASTE IF YOU PUT IT IN!!!The first time I tried J&J was about a yr ago I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a small carmel macchiato for 3 bucks it was so yummy and it came with this yummy little coffee chocolate thing! I've gone back maybe 30 times the most recent time was yesterday I ORDER THE SAME DRINK THE SAME SIZE EVERYTIME I go and it's somehow a DIFFERENT PRICE EVERYTIME and not only that it TASTES COMPLETLY DIFFERENT EVERYTIME. I have NEVER got another one of their little chocolate things with my drink and one time I asked the barista and she rolled her eyes and gave me one and told me there supposed to come with any drink with expresso but no one ever remembers. The only reason I go back time after time is sadly because I live too far away from starbucks and it's the only place that has expresso with a drive-thru when I have my baby in the car.

Hostile Customer Service. I am not impressed. I love coffee shops, the atmosphere. The people. HOWEVER, this last week after work, my husband and I decided to go visit J & J and did not realize they close at 7 PM and as we were heading up to the door, not five feet from the entrance, the door was literally SLAMMED in our face. It was extremely rude to say the least. No "I'm sorry, but we close at 7, come back tomorrow" or hey, let me get you a coffee to go, just SLAM! <br/>So I came in with my husband to confront the rudeness . Luckily, the owner and both managers were there and I told the story to them in front of the girl. They were nice to our face, and INSISTED on free coffee coupons, but later Tiffany, the manager began telling people that I was in the wrong for "pawing" at the girl, because she is young and didnt know better"... which quickly got back to me. <br/>In this day and age, there are too many business owners who have to deal with employees with an "employee mentality" who do not give one thought of how they act will reflect on the business, because it means they can go anywhere and get a job, and why should "they" have to care about something that someone else gave their whole blood sweat and tears for. So, Tiffany, I guess if you think that the girl was in the right for slamming the door and I was a "little too hard on her because she is young" then I guess its people like you that enable people to have an "employee mentality" and young people will jump around from job to job never caring about anything or anyone but themselves, while managers that are too timid to tell the employee anything they do wrong and nurse them and coddle them ..and ultimately never learn "how" to treat people by losing a job or two and having a hard knock in life to teach them people skills. Do you read them bedtime stories at night too? Keep your coffee Java. I'm going up the street to that new age coffee shop on State street from now on.
