My First experience was 1/26/21. I purchased the ribeye steak which looks NOTHING LIKE WEBSITE PRESENTATION!!! THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE COLD AND BURNT. I WAITED FOR CURBSIDE MINAFTER PICK UP TIME. I HAD TO GO IN. After checking my food, I returned and was never asked to remake or what was wrong. I WILL NEVER RETURN!! TERRIBLE and I will MAKE SURE I LET PEOPLE KNOW. Paper thin steak for $18..LONG HORN STEAK HOUSE SERVES A BETTER STEAK AND BETTER SERVICE

What a disappointing experience Saturday, 1/23! For starters, I was planning my own Birthday Celebration and called Pinstripes Thursday, 1/21 to inquire about reserving an indoor bocce court. Based on Pinstripes recommendation, I scheduled my court online. Unbeknownst to me, the court was an outside one. Even though we live in 'COVID Era,' who offers outdoor courts when the weather forecast predicts 20 degree temps? During Thursday afternoon's fact finding phone call, I clearly asked about a Saturday 7:00pm indoor reservation. Saturday evening about 6:30, Pinstripes called to confirm the outdoor court 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival. Wait...what? The hostess informed me that no indoor options were available. Again, not many people play Bocce ball in 20 degree weather. After talking with the manager, Karen (really that's her name, she refused to provide a first initial for her last name) I was informed there was nothing to be done about my scheduling mistake (her words). As a passenger being driven to my birthday celebration, I tried to find a workable solution seated in the back seat as we drove toward their location. Karen and the hostess offered a 7:00 dinner reservation, but the damage was already done. The point of heading to an action-oriented venue like Pinstripes is to be active with friends, not just eat. Here are my suggestions: #1. be sure patrons are aware of outdoor reservations during winter months. Admittedly, I share some responsibility for this oversight. #2. since it appears you call patrons to confirm reservations, do so earlier than 30 minutes prior. #3. double check all outdoor reservations throughout December to April. #4. train your staff to display a small amount of empathy and a willingness to improve the situation. Had we been made aware of the outside court sooner, we would have changed reservations.

Visited as part of a birthday party. Greeter was friendly but I wish instead of just telling me to look for my group, he would have escorted me there (just an extra touch that would've wow'ed me). Looked nice and upgraded from a normal (old-school bowling alley but seating was a little more limited. System was upgraded and digital and even the bumpers are more grown up - no more light blue inflatables, just a subtle black fence that blends in and can disappear for the next person. Our server* was nice, seemed to know how to move around and get things quickly and accurately. I ordered a turkey cobb salad - which I'm not sure if it was just me being tired, but it was AMAZING!!! Took off the bacon & cheese, subbed for corn & onions. The vinaigrette was fresh but I'm not sure I've ever paid $16 for a salad. It was delicious though so kind-of worth it. The only reason I only gave three stars is because when the host of the party I was attending was checking in, some young lady gave her a hard time. It appears that the woman the host spoke to previously gave her an incorrect price and instead of honoring it, she acted as if it was the host's fault. As a bystander it was totally inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable but I would go back to try more food lol
