Applebee's

Great service, even though they are understaffed. They looked tired and overworked. The food cheese bites appetizer was probably fried in old oil and were salty. The medium-well steak that I ordered was more medium than well. A little bit too much red on the meat for me. The shrimp and chicken that my wife ordered was good (according to her). Add two smoothies for around $60.

Zero stars. This is just a glimpse of our experience. Decaying fruit and veggies to garnish our plates. Looks like they had given up and didn't even toss our boneless wings in the sauce properly. Only one staff member wore a mask, and our waitress was overbearing. We love our waiters to check in on us, but our conversation was interrupted every 5-10 minutes with her asking if we're okay. I won't go back here.

I came in last night with my 2 young daughters. We had about a 25 minute wait (they were short on waiters) but I didn’t mind. Ms. Connie was my waitress and she was AMAZING! Sweet, caring, genuine and so much more. I hope to always have a waitress like her. My kids and I enjoyed our meals as well. Thank you Applebee’s for hiring someone as pleasant as Ms. Connie.

I have never been treated more poorly by any establishment in my life. From the very beginning of walking in with my 7 month old child and being seated with no plans of accommodating him to waiting 40+ minutes for the bare minimum of service. I had to walk out after receiving my drink because my waitress was more concerned with the big table of young men than she was with helping my family and I feel more comfortable. I asked her for the check for the drinks because we got so tired of waiting and dealing with her nasty attitude. She said “you’re going to have to wait.” After waiting so long just for the bare minimum while other tables that arrived after us were getting better treatment. I get the tip for those tables are bigger and you’re about your money but dang girl I have a 7 month old and you did us so wrong. Didn’t wanna be a Karen and speak to her manager so I left without paying for the drinks we barely touched. Soda was flat and alcoholic drinks were not great either. I’d rate a 0 star if I could.

From the moment I walked in my feeling was it was going to be bad....I was not wrong. Took over 10 minutes to be seated while 7-8 employees sat in a booth in the bar starring at me in front of the please wait to be seated sign. Finally someone sat us. Waitress was polite that was the only positive. My macaroni was soggy and EXTREMELY over cooked, the "Alfredo sauce" was slightly thick warm milk with 0 flavor. My daughter's chicken tenders were OK. Absolutely terrible experience and will without a doubt never be back. The "Leadership" of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

I have never had to write a review for a restaurant but this experience called for it. The only positive was our waitress and the cheap drinks. From the moment we walked in the host was not greeting people or trying to sit anyone. He was seating people out of order until 2 girls had to come and help him out. Then after sitting down my family & I see a mouse crawling near the ceiling near the tvs. Manager asked our table “is there something wrong?” After CLEARLY seeing the mouse too, told my family he would accommodate and “do something for us” and then never showed his face again. Our bbq wings barely had sauce on them, bacon on my burger was not cooked through, & then my $25 gift card was not applied to my bill correctly. Easy decision to never come back here, not an ideal Mother’s Day dinner. Disappointed is an understatement. I work in a corporate restaurant myself & this place is run like a joke. The manager needs to do better and train his staff.
