Loving Hut

Consistently great tasting vegan food. I literally crave their food any time I drive past it to the point that I must stop and pick up food even if I have other food at home! Very friendly staff and fast service. Inside the restaurant is pretty small so we prefer to eat at home. Love their drum sticks and summer rolls, but especially their jackfruit salad.

What a great gem of a restaurant. Tried this place last week... as a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Super nice service and very tasty food. I had the chow mein and my friend had ribs. Fantastic food, plus vegan so cant go wrong. Highly recommended. It was a warm day to sit outside but still pleasant. Vegan or not, it tasted great.

Don’t let looks deceive you, because although the shop is small and there’s not a lot of over the top decorations, their food definitely hits the spot and their staff are extremely nice. Their stir fry dishes and their rice dishes like their Hainan “chicken” is extremely flavorful, having flavors that resemble meat and being able to bring rich flavors to their dishes. Overall, this is one of if not the best vegan place in orange county and for a very reasonable price as well.

I had been hearing about Loving Hut from my husband for a while so I knew eventually, I would be trying this place. Loving Hut is a vegan only restaurant that specializes in Asian cuisine. The food is appealing even to non-vegetarians. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are yummy. I ordered spring rolls on the side to-go and unfortunately all of them were broken when I got home to eat them. The peanut sauce was pretty good though. 😋 I forgot the name of the noodles I ordered. 😄 There are a lot of things on the menu, so I’d have to give it another try I think. My husband likes this place a lot as he’s in the area quite a bit. I did see that they have teas and more elaborate beverages that also looked good.

So good! We loved the Hawaiian burger, ol’ buddy burger, “carne asada” tacos, “fish” tacos, pandan cake, and rose lemonade. Couldn’t believe it was all vegan! The service was excellent- the owner(?) was very patient with all our food allergy questions and so sweet overall. Wish we lived here and could come all the time!!

The building is a bit tight, with seating inside and outside. You can eat in or takeout. There are restrooms down the hall. Parking is in a shared lot. Today day wasn't too bad. We got a spot right away. The staff is very attentive and aware of the wait time. They are kind and courteous. The food is yummy, lots of flavor and plenty. They service large portions, more than we expected. The prices are match what you get.
