Horrible customer service!! Waiting for hours to receive my online order. When I ask for updates, I’m not getting a response. I heard the lady tell her cool worker they haven’t even started my order yet! I asked the lady why is it taking so long, she said they don’t go by times they just grab and ticket and go. Very unorganized! I see employees in the kitchen just standing there watching the game! I also see they threw away 10 bags of food that no one claimed, when I’m here constantly asking for my order!

First off let me say I love me some hooters but when I tell you the service was xtra slow and there was no 6ft distance between me and the other parties around me at all when I asked why I was seated soo close to others there response was it's ok they are about to leave in a few (very non challant) smfh while waiting all the staff looked like they were a bunch of teenagers playing around looked like some of the staff was high or drunk they all kept running to the back laughing and playing and not attending to customers sad but true it took about 15 min just to take my drink order after finishing my drink 48 minutes later after I threatened to cancel the order my food arrived thank god for Diaje T who saw the frustration and came to be our waiter even tho we weren't even at her table she took initiative and became our server shes great and deserves a raise need better staff also needs to adhere to covid social distancing Needless to say I love me some hooters but I will never return to this wells rd location

Went in for dinner and we were seated promptly. After waiting 9 minutes and seeing waitresses talking, eating, sitting down and doing everything but working I finally asked someone if we could get some service. She came over and took our entire order like we were an inconvenience. (Let me just say this restaurant was not busy at all) I watched as our food set in the window for over 5 minutes for her to come and tell us they were out of tots. She then brought the rest of our food out and I had ordered mild Buffalo shrimp which were so hot my nose was burning. When I asked her if I could just get plain she apologized and said she would have it fixed. My family ate and finished before she returned to tell me that they didn’t have any more shrimp thawed out, but I’ll take it off the bill. I didn’t come to eat to leave hungry. We will never return to this location again. The manager walked by 4 times and never said a word. Being in the service industry for 21 years I was shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience ever!

Came in a couple days ago, the food took a little long; but our waitress Gabby more than made up for it! She was so patient, answered all of my family's ridiculous questions about the food with a smile (you can tell even through the mask) Will be returning solely because of her service. Thank you again Gabby!

Hooters has the best I mean the best buffalo wings! Great drinks great prices, VERY FRIENDLY staff, ask for BRI, Love her upbeat bubbly personality had her each time, great hostess an she deserve those generous tips and more(she even remembers your drinks from the previous times🏆). Every time I turn in I’m like “ughh I hope Bri, is here🤞😓” love the establishment aswell as enjoyable outdoor dining💘 loyal customer

The atmosphere and customer service was amazing! Sports, cars, fails, and more are all on the TVs. There is something for everyone on the screens from Mecum auctions to different sports and even have TVs with chime if you'd rather watch that. Our waitress made sure that our drinks were never empty and made sure that we were doing alright, throught our meal. All Star Service! The food was pretty good, the wings could have been "saucier," but the wings were cooked to perfection. Next time I go I will definitely be getting a hotter sauce though, Medium taste like mild. The fries were amazing, seasoned well, not too cripsy, and not soggy in the slightest. I will definitely be returning!
