Subway

This restaurant is absolutely AMAZING!!! the 2 young ladies you have working today July 1, 2022 are life savers!! They helped me more than they could imagine today!! I really hope their manager sees this because these 2 ladies deserve a raise!! Thank you so much for your kindness and trust in a complete stranger! You ARE THE BEST!!!!

Ordered two footlongs on Italian herbs and cheese both were to be toasted and one extra toasted. I picked up my order and found neither of the sandwiches were toasted at all. And that one was on white bread. I understand that you can run out of the Italian bread as it's the most popular but.... I wasn't even told that's what happened. I tipped the two guys behind the counter not knowing my order was cold and untoasted. Thankfully I work near an oven so I was able to get them toasted to perfection. But my experience with this subway will be the last. I will drive further down the road to insure my order will at the very least be toasted.

Wow the two girls at the meat, bread and cheese end were so rude. First of all they didn’t look up or speak to me until they were good and ready. Once the one who took my order did, she acted like it was not only a bother and irritation, but if we didn’t have a bar in between us, that she would actually pounce on me. They were preparing a platter upon arrival and I guess they were so out of sorts about it they thought we will take it out on our customers & only kind employee that was there. The poor girl at other end that put toppings on and checked you out was extremely nice and did her job well. The other two scolded her and treated her like she was incompetent. I’m surprised she wasn’t in tears clearly they were frustrated with her as well, however I’d much rather have someone like her mess my order up than either of these girls touch my food again. The girl was counting my change out slowly so I left the tip on counter and walked over to drink station. One of the other girls came down and jumped on the girl asking in a bullying tone “what’s this?” I spoke up & answered and told the sweet girl to keep her head up and a smile on her face. Other two girls snickered, said something and laughed not in a happy laugh but condescending. I wish the poor sweet girl didn’t have to split the tip with the two mean girls. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves if they keep these other two girls on staff. I’m sure they will team up in defense together but I urge the owner to think hard before believing a word out their mouths.

Girl working inside not worth wasting your breath on. Can’t believe someone so rude is able to keep their job. I work in a restaurant and may be in a bad mood but still have to put a smile on for guests. I’m not asking for a whole theatrical but she ruined my whole mood with hers. Walked in and smiled at her..nothing. She was short with everything she said like I was completely inconveniencing her until someone she knew walked in and was oh so friendly to them. Won’t come back to this subway.

Staff was extremely rude! Acted like she didnt want to help and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for "9 grain wheat". Apartenly, we asked for the wrong type...so instead of explaining she kept asking if we wanted flat bread and rolling her eyes. We were getting 6 subs and cookies...so we walked out and went to Subway on Perdido Blvd. instead. They were super nice and very helpful. We are local and will never go back there again!

OMG!!!! We made an online order at work thinking it would be faster and much easier.....BIG MISTAKE! i waited 30 mins. for the order. Not only were they slow, I ordered a tuna salad....NO TUNA and our pepperoni pizza had NO PEPPERONIS....WTH every sandwich we got had at least one thing missing. Never again.
