Marco's Pizza

This place is a hot mess! Ordered through app for curbside. Sat 10 minutes, order was cleared from app, but not brought out. Went inside. Waited 20 more minutes for the salad that was left off the order. Just save yourself the frustration and time and go somewhere else. The last 3 times i have ordered here my order received was either wrong or lacking something that i paid for.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the worst place! When placing the order online for me to pick up it said the order would be ready in 25 minutes. After placing the order it said my order would be ready in 45 minutes!!! Oh heck no, so I called to ask if it was really going to take that long the girl said oh no it is coming out now. Ok well I decided not to cancel my order, because I was ready to go somewhere else! NOPE 45 minutes later it says my order is ready but is it? NO they couldn't even get it right, I ordered thin crust pizza they could not even do that and wanted me to wait even longer for them to remake it!! NOPE not today when I am hungry and angry and oh did I mention having a screaming 1year old in the car also! I have told my husband at this point to cancel our order and we will pay way less across the street at Sonic!!

Marcos was really off their game tonight. I ordered my three pizzas online and selected the pickup time an hour out. I think this was a mistake because I am of the belief that made the pizzas shortly afterwards and placed them in the warmer until I arrived. 15 minute drive home and I realized the pizzas were grease soaked through the crust, which was left soggy, and through the boxes. Deal breaker for me on going back anytime soon. Too much money for less than Caesars quality.

I normally RAVE about Marco’s, especially ours in Opelika, but tonight we had 2 medium 2 toppings (the special) and a salad delivered. Almost every piece of lettuce in the salad was browning and there was nothing on it. I only asked for the feta (that’s supposed to come on it). Also, one of the pizza’s was wrong - instead of pepperoni and green olives there was green peppers and green olives. The young woman that took my order repeated the order back to me correctly and we’ve never ever had an issue before but tonight was a huge disappointment.

Not big on reviews.. especially negative ones, but I’m finally done with the shotty and incompetent service with this branch of what I used to consider the best pizza around 😡 you never know what time your order will be ready cause the app is just an estimate, and now twice my pie that was sitting out for over 30 minutes while I waited another 7 minutes is burnt and cold.. GET IT TOGETHER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS
