I just wanted to give a specific review on the guy kenny who went above and beyond to try and help me today, i placed an order earlier and once i got home i realized my bakery items were missing. Which isn’t a big deal that happens, we’re all human. I called up to let them know and when he picked up the phone he was so sweet and kind and asked if I’d be willing to come by and he can rectify the situation which i had no problem with at all. I was able to come down and pick up my items and be on my way. Overall it was a great experience and he was absolutely so kind, i used to work at a panera so i know how absolutely awful the job can be. he’s an absolute treasure and deserves a raise

Order a Turkey Bacon Bravo and they gave me chopped bacon not sliced. When I went back to complain they said they are out. So why didn’t you say anything when I came up to get my food? Very unprofessional.

Always love Panera they have great soups and sandwiches. During this time there is a strawberry 🍓 salad which is awesome.

Had tuna sandwich , bbq chicken sandwich & turkey chili .
Bbq chicken sandwich is out of the world, the bread is super soft & the meal is delicious.
Turkey chili is also very nice.
Tuna was good, but the amount of meat is very very low. Subway is better.

What can you really say about Panera. You sit down, you enjoy your meal but if someone asks you 30 minutes later what you had, there's a good chance you won't remember. I liked the apple cranberry juice. I think.

Do not use the app. They say the food will be done in 5-10 minutes… but it was more like a half hour after the time they said. I watched 12 people go through the drive through while I waited for my order. Ridiculous. Apparently they cannot provide the services they advertise at this location.

Club next door had bass sp loud that lampshades were bouncing until 2am. Mgmt would not call police.
