I love the food with the selections but I hate the coffee, change the coffee and you would be the only breakfast place getting my money

The morning crew at this particular Dunkin, are amazing. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. If I am not sure what to order they are great at making suggestions. This is a frozen blueberry cobbler with extra blueberry. There is a female employee with a nose ring, and a cheerful smile that made this particular one. It’s to die for!!!

The staff here are excellent and exceeded my expectations.
I ordered a strawberry dragon refresher and a double chocolate dohnut and I received it quick. These staff work hard to provide the best costumer service. One staff forgot my dohnut and apologized. She went above and beyond by giving me an extra dohnut.

I visited this location on my second day after moving to Omaha from Los Angeles. The staff, a long blond haired female, provided friendly and attentive customer service. The tables and floors were all clean–and I mean Clean, not smeared with whatever. I work over this way at one of the hospitals, I'll definitely return.

This morning the employee at the window was running the store BY HERSELF (and she was new at her job) at rush hour and even under those circumstances, she was smiling and apologetic and even upsized my coffee because of the longer wait time. She gets ALL the stars in this review and deserves a promotion.

Ordered breakfast and a latte in the drive-thru. After pulling off I realized my latte was cold and turned around to request a refund because I hate having to ask people to remake things. While beginning the process of a refund for the drink, the manager apologized for what may have been a steamer malfunction and offered to remake my drink if I’d much rather have it. I am now a happy customer with hot breakfast and a hot latte. Very pleased with their hospitality and prompt handling of the situation. THANK YOU!

After a repeat visits, I can say that the customer service is very good. Easy to order (not a million suggestions like local competition) when using drive thru, so no long lines, fast, pricing is good and quality of both food and drink has been as expected or better! The team on site Wednesday morning is particularly great! Enjoy!

I give it a 5 stars because the staff was very respectful and helpful! They ran out of donuts for the free Veteran's Day thing, BUT helped me out still with a muffin! The coffee was not what I expected but it was hot so thats a good thing!
