Today was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had a a restaurant of any kind. Drive through service at lunch was bad and slow and there were only 2 other customers in line and one table inside. Food was beyond horrible. Dr Pepper tasted nothing like Dr Pepper and they forgot to give them to me. They messed up a simple order after making me wait for 5 minutes at the speaker and then they were rude when I pointed it out and asked for them to correct my order. I'm mad that I have to give them 1 star. I will never eat at this location ever again.

Dtr service was great.... value for the price, very poor. We purchased 10 wings for $7.99. These were the smallest wings I have ever seen. Barely over one inch long. I have purchased the large fries before, but our container had about 75 percent of what I have had before. We also had a pot pie, but that was good. Overall a mixed visit. But, will not be returning soon. Kudos to the dtr staff though.

I went in a little over a week ago and ordered the $5 combo with popcorn chicken. I asked to substitute potato wedges for the mashed potatoes. I get home to find that I had no dipping sauce for my chicken, no butter for my biscuit, and mashed potatoes instead of wedges. I talked to the manager on the phone and he acknowledged the mistake and offered a freebie to replace it. I went in 2 days later to get my meal, and they do the EXACT SAME THING ONLY WORSE. They give me mashed potatoes again instead of potato wedges. And this time I asked for butter for my biscuit. They gave me butter, but there was NO BISCUIT to put the butter on. This type of service isn't exclusive to this location. I used to frequent the 90th and Maple location and the service there is terrible too. I literally cannot remeber ONE time I went there when they got my order right. They are always forgetting butter, ketchup, and dipping sauces. I am done with KFC. I will not eat there again unless it is an EMERGENCY, like the only choice within a 45 mile drive. Other than that, I am done. There food isn't bad, but the service is amongst the worst in the fast food industry...
