I forgot my bag there. Called when i got home and the gal on the phone checked for me and it was there. They held until I got back. Trustworthy staff!!!

This is a good place to have Church Fellowships. Like we did. The place is clean and great for children's. Pricing is not too bas either.

Great friendly customer service! I hosted a small baby shower in one of the party rooms. The room was spacious and clean, we were able to really use the space nicely. They recently had a renovation and the place looks good. The food was delicious, the pizza was hot and fresh. The bathrooms were clean. We thought it was neat watching the robot go around and collect dirty dishes. We will definitely be back to dine or have another party! Great job staff with the amazing customer service! Keep up the great work, which I know can be hard at times because unfortunately people these days are rude and demanding. Keep smiling!

We had my grandsons birthday party here tonight. We had a party room and the gal that was assigned to our room was fantastic. Very attentive and very friendly. The buffet was great and we all had a very nice time.

Beautifully remodeled. The staff that I interacted with was AWESOME. Interaction with the robot was a big hit even if it was for dishes really cool feature WAY TO GO PR. Game room just yessss my only suggestion is that the Pizza Ranch, allow the prizes u win with tickets ypu alsi have an option to pay cash fir it. Food was great on 10/26/23 PIZZA was good & fresh chicken GREAT flavor just needed to be cooked a little longer,but overall an amazing day good food and fun with mom & neice at the pizza ranch YES I DO RECOMMEND thank u pizza ranch see u again soon!!!

Food is really good... When you get some. It always seems to take forever for the buffet to stock. When they finally put pizza out there it's five of the same or someone who wanted pineapple, onion, and pepper pizza...

I enjoy their chicken and their home made pizza I go here every time when it my birthday. Their prices and good and thier portion are good too. There for I would highly recommend pizza ranch to anyone who on a tight budget.

Max who was bussing tables was Very Helpful. Very nice, Very kind, he did everything he could do to make sure you enjoyed your visit to Pizza Ranch. He is a wonderful asset for Pizza Ranch! My medically complex granddaughter was there with me today and he got her a kids drink cup. He later brought her some stickers. He is a Very nice Man! I also noticed him being Very kind to other tables as well.

The fried chicken and dessert pizzas are always my favorite. It's a great place to take younger kids so you don't have to wait for food. The pizzas are also good. Typically the staff are nice and friendly. I've only come across one rude employee in the many times I've visited. The new remodel at the 84th and i80 location has made the buffet less efficient. It might look nicer but they made it more congested for people trying to get food because you can only get food from one side of the buffets.

New design is a complete cluster. The flow of the old design worked so much better. Now everyone is all jumbled up in one spot when it's busy. Old theme and dining room also was better. Like always if something isn't broke don't attempt to fix it.
