5 cars in drive thru and 3 cars in the parking lot. Trapped in drive thru for 30 minutes. Ridiculous

Nearly every time I've went there they've gotten my order wrong somehow. Also, my digestive system does not agree with their food. Just go to Burger King instead, it's right across the street and their food is better tasting.

Terrible food. Terrible service. First we asked the guy to wait one moment while we figured out what we wanted to order. He gave us little time and was very rude. Then he didn’t say anything while giving us our food and again was rude. To top it off the food sucked and was very expensive. I will definitely never go back.

Standard food for a Wendy's, but the customer service is always great when I go through the drive-thru. The wait isn't long, and the food is hot. Can't really complain about anything myself.

Horrible cold burned patty and fries… and EXPENSIVE. The cashier at the drive thru was rude. No greeting and didn’t give a receipt probably because they know they are giving bad food and bad service and they don’t want you to leave a remark on the receipt info. I quit using this store because of this, but figured they would’ve gotten new managers. DO NOT GO HERE. BK across the street, cheaper and better service and food!

i go to wendy’s in olean new york quite often and i am usually rather satisfied with the service and quality of my food. well tonight’s trip was different. i order a crispy chicken 4 for 4 with a tropical berry dave’s lemonade as my beverage along with a small vanilla frosty. i was so excited to eat my food until i realized my drink was a quarter of the way empty along with my frosty being half gone and melted. what a shame!
