I thought u were actually supposed to get lettuce and cheese on Cheesy Gordita Crunches...not mine!! They screw up my order every single time I go here. My daughter got Chicken Chalupas and they gave her beef! Get it together Taco bell!!

It's nothing flashy, but if you want affordable fast food that tastes good, this place works well. Overall wait time is around 6-7 minutes usually, if you have a few vehicles ahead of you (usually is the case). Prices are decent compared to how everything is going up nowadays. Never had a bad experience with the employees either, which is always a plus.

Always enjoy the customer service experience. Took about 10 minutes total to order a special came across online fill the order call our number and out the door. Food was good and hit.

**2nd update: Decided to stop tonight 5/26/22 because Mexican Pizza is back on the menu. Waited a bit for my order which is customary for this place and noticed after I was handed the bag by the manager that the pizza box was standing on it's side. I set it the right way but it was too late. The pizza was a mess. They were also out of Dr. Pepper. Running out of cheese, beef and beans is also customary at this location. Still keeping this at 1 star
****Updating my review and bringing it down to 1 star. I had a simple order for 2 at the drive thru and she kept stopping me and having me start over. I repeated my order three times and when I got to the window I saw why. Her and the manager next to her were flirting and talking so much the customers were secondary. Neither one had gotten my drink and when he did he unwrapped the straw and put it in my drink. Clearly NOT paying attention. We had NO napkins, NO plastic utensils, NO butter for the biscuits and NO gravy on the mashed potatoes. What a joke.

The girl at the window was super nice but the food was meh, it seemed slow so it was probably old. Oh well. This taco bell is always hit or miss.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The first time I ever went to this location my pop was flat and they didn't put any ice in it. I recently went back for the second time and my entire order was awful. The chalupa and crunchwrap Supreme both had little to no toppings and they gave me my nacho cheese but forgot the nachos themselves. Absolutely terrible and will never be going back. What a waste of money.

I 've worked for Taco Bell in Frederick, MD. We were all trained to make sure we had all the necessary ingredients CORRECTLY in the taco, or Burrito. NOT WHAT THIS STORE KEEPS DOING WRONG!!!!!! THE BURRITO SUPREME SHOULD HAVE SOUR CREAM ALL THE WAY THROUGH the item, every time I bought one the sour cream would be at one end or the other, or dead center of the Burrito!!!!!!!! Never again!!! That is why I haven't been back to this store!!!!
