Food quality is good, for you know, a fast food place. The reason for my 5 start rating is because of the people that work there. I use drive thru and these people are so sweet and kind, to the point I think BK may have implanted a chip in their brain to give the best customer service. Some other things I enjoy about this BK is that there is never a long wait and my order is always correct!

I rarely visit fast-food joints — I just have different tastes for food; but my visit to these folks was pleasant start to finish. Friendly staff, prompt service, and food made to order. The french fries were fresh, too! Yum! Keep up the good work!

Very impressed with the professionalism and kindness to the man that took my order around 6pm today 2/4/22. I believe he may have been a manager at this location. Perfect example of great customer service was displayed by him.

This seems to be a pretty good location. It's clean the food seems fresh and the employees are nice and friendly. I only give three stars because let's face it... It's still only fast food.

My burger was completely burnt and overloaded with cheese and the manager Richard throws attitude and gives you the stank eye.

After driving around Pittston for 20 minutes looking for a Burger King where we could dine in we ended up at the Burger King in Old Forge Pennsylvania. The restaurant was very clean and there were only two other people in there that were sitting very far away from where we were. The manager came over and spoke with us and asked us how everything was. He was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Food looks good and tasted better!

The food is always great here, afternoon or night. I haven't visited for breakfast yet, but the focus on cleanliness is apparent and the staff is fast and kind. This particular visit- I encountered someone who thought being borderline rude was okay...I hope she no longer works there. I look forward to getting their app for a another experience in the future
