Ordered the Butterfly Crispy Chicken. Looked good in the pictures. It costs over $5 for this sandwich. It was a boring bun, a piece of chicken, a dab of mayo, 2 poor slices of Roma tomato and a handful of shreded lettuce. A premium price for a horrible sandwich. No cheese, not even a pickle! Was asked to park and wait for food. No bid deal. Would rather have freshly made. After waiting for 10 minutes I went inside to see what happened. No customers inside yet it took 2-3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, even though employees walked past me multiple times. Finally someone acknowledged me. Let her know I had been waiting for 10 minutes for my order. She asked me what my order was and I let her know. She walked over to a hot bin, located the order l, set it on the counter and said here you go and walked off. No apology, no offer to remake fresh, nothing. I decided not to make a stink, took my food and left. Needless to say, the order was cold and tasted old. Disappointing visit.

Late Night Snack Run: 09/24/2020 @0250 First issue they said they could only take cash. Not a big deal I ordered 2 McChicken no pickles add cheese and a small fry. Guy told me cheese was now $1.00 a slice. When I asked why so much he said.. “just the way it is bro” Seriously $1 for a slice of cheese seems kinda ridiculous when the entire sandwich is $1.49. Get to the window he then says he cannot do change so Is that ok. “ like there’s an option” As I was pulling away I could hear the two guys inside laughing saying “we got another one”.

So I pull up bout 130 pm to make a simple order. 4 mcchickens a large Dr pepper and a coupon for a large fry. As soon as I say 4 Mcchickens. The lady rudely interrupts ...IS THAT ALL FOR YOU...i respond no and continue to order the drink. And again....is that all for you. Truthfully I got aggravated said nevermind and drive off. Poor customer service lady. Very very poor attitude as well.
