The exact kind of quality that KFC commercials promise - warm, crispy, too salty for regular eating but salty enough to fill the craving for a bit of a binge. The main issue is to not go off you're in any semblance of a hurry - it goes a bit slow and there's nowhere to pull out of the drive thru if something were to require it.

Lazy staff. There is no one in the lobby or the drive thru and yet all the tables, the floors, drink station and counter are dirty. The food was delicious though and it seems like it's a staffing issue.

Arrived well after dark and they had no lights on. Told them over intercom and his answer was “so what “. Placed my order 3 times and had to do it again at the window. Ordered 2 thighs but the kid taking the order admitted he didn’t know what a thigh was.
I’ll never return.........

Went through drive through and was asked to wait...a long time passed, more than usual when your asked to wait to give your order. Finally ordered and they repeated order and had problems so I kept it simple and didn’t repeat add on item( pot pie, there loss. And I really didn’t need it, was just wanting to try one) then paid at window and was asked to pull around to other side of the building to wait some more. (There was no one behind me...) when I got around building there were two other cars waiting also, I made three. I waited at least 5 more minutes and finally went inside to get a refund. They finally brought me my food instead. I told them I’m not interested in there food and to give me my money back... the whole time receiving attitude knowing everyone there is hating there job. They definitely were never taught how to treat a customer.... all I needed was an “I’m sorry for the wait.... how can we make this right, a free drink or a refill from my drink that was almost gone from sitting in a car that was struggling to keep us cool on a 90 degree day. So instead of a 10 piece meal, a simple order, we went home as a family and heated up some fish sticks...

I had a messed up order and lost my receipt and couldn’t make it back to return the food until 3 days later so obviously I had to throw away the food cause it would’ve gone bad. So, I went to the restaurant assuming they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it at that point but the manager was great. She said she’d gladly replace the food and just took my word for it. The replacement food was perfect and they threw in an extra cole slaw! Thanks guys!

Drive thru took longer than i would have thought it should considering the lobby was closed and i was the only person in line. Still yet, gotta love that kfc chicken!
