Dunkin'

By far the worst fast food experience I have never bad. The line was so backed up it took almost 30 minutes to get to the counter and about another 30 minutes for them to make my food. They dropped my sandwich. Half the stuff came off. They offered to make a new one but at this point I have already been waiting for 45 minutes and I am ready to go. Wouldn't honor the coupon I had for 20% off. Said they don't take mobile coupons only paper coupons. It was the only reason I eat there. Had I know I would have had all this happen I would not have gone there. To upset and stressed to even eat at this point.

I work here so...it's a bias opinion but it's alright making subs. Honestly the best thing I can say is that as of right now you get a free meal during the shift you work. It's saved me a ton on groceries. As of the service, we are so short staffed that we battle with making everyone happy and so much is asked of us because so many people call out daily. It's a mess but somehow we still function. You'll always get a smile and good service to the best of our ability.

Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch and the guy gave me rotisserie chicken instead, I told him that wasn’t the chicken I ordered while he was still making the sub and he said the original chicken strip used for chicken bacon ranch was in the past and they’re gonna use rotisserie chicken from now on. Really bad sandwich by the way.
