Slackwater

Absolutely love this place. Best damn pizza and I am from Chicago originally so I know good pizza. I have had every pizza on the menu and there is not a bad one on the menu. Just depends on the mood you are in to choose what you want to eat. Also they are the second largest selection of beer in Utah.

Very chill place with live music and good food! They offer a large variety of beers! They also have good cocktails! Their pizzas are always delicious! (You can get them gluten-free) I've tried almost every pizza on the menu! Pay attention to the ingredients. They are fresh and delicious and also creative! Some of my favorites are the California sunrise, and This is Sparta! My friends' go tos are Tikka Masala and the Hulk. My husband likes the Cardiac Arrest! You can't go wrong with a Magherita or the Italian job either. Get really adventurous and try the Cuban Crisis. It has pickles and mustard! My favorite salad is the Thai Coco. I also feel like the appetizer nachos are worth a mention. They use chili verde on it and the meat is so tender and amazing! They are delicious and definitely sharable, if you want to that is! 😋 Honestly, all the portions are very generous. They also feature a seasonal menu that is always worth a try!! I've enjoyed so many unique things on that menu! Definitely a good date or friends' night out place. (Also, great pricing, especially for what you get!)

Good atmosphere. Not the place for a quiet dinner out thought. The food was great. I know they are famous for their pizza however I wasn’t feeling it so I opted for the wings which were small but great. They did give a large amount of them. They don’t give it to you by count but by weight which I personally think is smart. The nachos were too heavy. It tasted great while it lasted but only lasted for the top half unless we were feeling plain chips. The cheese bread was incredible. The ceaser salad needed more dressing. Just a few changes to make a huge difference.

We love Slackwater! Great flavors and interesting dishes. Love that you can get a crispy thin crust. So many other places have soggy crusts, Slackwater's are done to perfection. The atmosphere was fun, and the wait staff was excellent; the perfect amount of attentive. It's a loud restaurant, so if you're going to talk, it might be a bit tough. If you're going out for a fun night with great food, then it's a perfect spot. We love the salads, the Hulk pizza is our favorite, and I really enjoyed the Gyro pizza tonight. There's always something delicious and new to try. Can't wait to go back!

Ate lunch with a small group. I had the Chicken Alfredo pizza, and my wife had the Southern Comfort pizza. With us having kids with us, it surprised us to see there was no dedicated kid's meal. Our server recommended we order a side of Mac & Cheese for our kids (wasn't shown on the menu), and it ended up being the most delicious part of the meal. Both of our pizzas were good (not great). Service was solid, though it could have been faster. It took a LONG time between placing our order and getting our food. Overall, we enjoyed the experience at Slackwater and will return again sometime in the future without kids.
