Cake Mix

Advertise one price and charged another. I was charged double. I made mention of it on Facebook post on Cake Mix Facebook page and rather than reaching out and even attempting to make it right, they just deleted my comment. So I was overcharged by a kid wearing pajamas and no response. This says a lot about the owner.

The selection of cupcakes available wasn’t as wide as I’d hoped for. We were able to purchase a couple of them, but it literally smelled like an ashtray in there. The cupcakes weren’t as fresh as I wanted them to be either. It could’ve just been the time of day for the selection and freshness. It was cool that they had games and a place for families to enjoy some treats with kids. The display of custom cakes was also pretty impressive. We probably would have stayed to play if it didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. It was nauseating.

This place is awesome!!!!! Had my mother's 67th birthday cake made here with a scanned portrait of her on it. Heather was able to get the portrait from a weathered picture I had of my mom when she was 21 yrs old. It came out amazingly beautiful with no signs of it coming from a weathered and old pic. Heather is great at what she does. Come check her out!!!!!

After carefully going over my options of which bakery I wanted to make my sons 5th birthday party cake I went ahead a decided to try this place, and ever so thankful I did!!! When I seen it I thought sure it looks amazing but what’s it gonna taste like? Well after the party I can tell you that it tasted just as good as it looked!!! Really nice people to do business with! Heather, the cake artist herself really takes pride in her work and as far as pricing goes, custom cakes are going to cost you no matter what and the prices are more then fair for all the work she puts into her cakes. Truly talented woman and I will definitely be returning for any cake I get from here on out!!
