Burger King

Well never fails ... order was missing. Nuggets I asked for but wasn't on ticket and screen didn't work . The cook make burgers somewhat right... put mayo but wiped it off then put a chunk of lettus on it and slapped it together.. really ... they never ever. Ever answer the phone and impossible to get corp.to fix it⅘

Usually I like this place but today I went I asked for a whopper and look what they gave me and I also asked for barbecue sauce and the told me they will charge me for that I said fine they charge me and when I got home there was no barbecue sauce like are u guys stealing from people now charging them extra for stuff and then not giving it to them I’m super disappointed because I go all the time but now imma look for a better option😡😡

Ordered 2 of the new whopper melts and a double whopper for myself and a couple of coworkers. Got back to work and there was only one whopper melt in the bag. Tried calling the store several times throughout the day and no one ever answered. Went back after work and tried to talk to a manager and she said I should've come back right away so she can't do anything. Worst customer service ever. Won't be back. All over a single whopper melt. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

The rudest lil gurl on drive EVER..no sense of customer service..but guess what..it is what it is..ill still go back n hope shes off that day.if not i wont look speak or make eye contact with her..i i definatly wont tip her..n yes i tip on drive thru every singe time i go somewhere..i was gonna call store or corprate number but thought to myself im not she just NOT trained n probably her first day or it was her day off n got called in becase some other employee called in..overall ....NOT HAPPY... And my burgets were wrong...😔 5 lil cheese burgets must ket pickes...guess what 3 no cheese.2 plain n dry...i did not ask for that..5 regular lil cheese burgers all i wanted😠😠😠 .1 star from me

Totally bad service order from the BK app for breakfast at 10:20am went to the drive thru at 10:30am they said they didn't had my food cause it was 10:30 and that she couldn't do anything about it I told the lady I was going to write a bad review about this when I was leaving she opened her window and she yelled bye!
