Pho House

Not busy inside the place in terms of how many guests were seated at noon, but be aware that they do handle Uber Eats Orders also so you might have to seat yourself once in awhile. From the time you sit down and place your order you'll get your food in about 10mins. Never had Pho or aren't that hungry? I suggest a small to medium bowl. The Egg rolls were crunchy, the dipping sauce was just the right amount of sweetness, and the chicken pho was tasty with big chunks of chicken. Good music at a nice volume to still hear it, but have a conversation. Unlike other places where you pay at the table make sure you go to the counter afterwards to pay.

I came here because of positive Google reviews, and it is right again. I ordered a golden combination of Vietnam cuisine - egg rolls + pho. Three egg rolls were cut in the middle… easier to dip in sauce. Crispy, fresh, and tasty! The Pho is a wow factor. A Texas-sized bowl was filled with fish-flavor soup and smooth rice noddle. The chef generously put lots of round-eye steak slices and brisket slices. Lots of stuff in that bowl with Authentic Vietnam flavor. To me, the only downside of the pho is that vinegar was a little too much. The overdosed vinegar overwrites the flavor fresh fish soup. Overall, it is still 5-star Vietnam cousine!

Was greeted & served by a very energetic young man (maybe 8 yrs old?). He got my dine-in & my takeout orders correct & was quite proper! I had chargrilled pork + eggroll vermicelli (the #10), w spring rolls. The spring rolls had grilled pork & shrimp & was served w a spicy peanut sauce. The spring rolls were quite large & could be shared, unless you are a big eater. My vermicelli bowl was quite tasty as well - with chargrilled pork, eggroll, shaved cucumber, carrots, lettuce & peanuts over a large serving of noodles and a side “sauce” to pour over it all. I order this dish often from other Vietnamese restaurants & some are good & some not so. I really enjoyed this meal bc the meat was flavorful & added a lot to the overall taste. The owners are pleasant & overall it was a very good experience. I will return

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. And just as a side note this place IS NOT associated with the place on West County Rd. That place is almost immaculate. First let's start with the 2 ROACHES that came out of my table set up where you grab your chop sticks and Chilli oil and soup spoons. There was TWO that I could plainly see. This was the cherry on top that made me shoot up out of my chair and leave. My experience started with the young lady who basically threw my menu at me and just lacked basic customer service skills because as she put it"she was trained to be a body sculptor" and "was taking her mom's shift because they needed some one who spoke English." I'm sorry you're having a terrible month but please dont take it out on your customers who are just looking for lunch. I will never return here and I have reported you to the Ector County Health Department. THE sad thing is this place used to be pretty great. But they have let it slip into something subpar and disgusting in recent years.

Egg rolls are definitely kept in warmer, for who knows how long. Pho was probably the saddest excuse for pho ive had yet. I only came here because 180 pho was closed in midland. Big mistake. Asked for fish sauce, was given "fish sauce" that was clearly not fish sauce. I doubt there was even any fish sauce in the pho to begin with. You could boil plain water and pass it for their broth. 0/10. Save your time and your money.
