Dunkin'

I have been placing a mobile order Monday through Friday for probably about a month now. They have never once screwed up my order and they always have my order ready for me in a very timely fashion. Every now and again I get stuck in the drive-through line because of the rush but I know that I can avoid that by just going inside and picking up my drink and it’s not the fault of the employees by any means. The coffee is pretty good and everybody is always smiling and uses their manners. I love coming to Dunkin in the mornings!

I hate to be the type of person to leave a negative review. The teenager on the headset when I pulled up was very rude and didn’t let me finish my order before telling me to come around, my coffee and my breakfast sandwich where wrong. But the thing that got me today was the fact that my sandwich was ice cold. I understand that most ingredients come frozen! When I had called and asked for a manger or names of the employees they responded with not knowing the names of who is on drive through- only one teenager was wearing a headset at the time. I get it it’s a Saturday morning, but I can’t even eat my overpriced breakfast sandwich 😂

Wow! We went through the drive thru this past Monday morning. It was beyond reprehensible. I cannot fathom how it takes more than 15 minutes to get out a few orders. How can you possibly miss the inside of a tortilla shell with almost every ingredient, manage to serve the egg cold & coffee undrinkable. Honestly, not one thing was correct! Including the less than sunny disposition of the employee that took care of my order.

Absolutely disgusted with this entire establishment from being a customer to my daughter working there. I cannot begin to explain my disappointment. They still owe her nine hours from her employment & refused to give her the information for the management that she needed to dispute the incorrect check. I had to call the police department in order for them to even hand my daughter her check because they refused to give it to her while screaming harassment at me because after the second time they refused to allow her to pick it up I walked on with her. They of course handed her the check that ended up being 9 hours short once the officer walked in with her. They didn’t get her on payroll like she was supposed to for the first 8 days & lied about it being corrected, never provided her with one break (even through an 11 hour shift), left her alone in the store, didn’t train the employees & continuously lied to customers about being out of items because they were too lazy to do their jobs. Now, I have to spend my time going to fight it at state level because they have left me ZERO CHOICE & yes I have documentation!

I called about missing items in an order and was questioned about it stating that I was incorrect and that they gave me the items (that they didn’t). When I drove back they still continued to question me in the drive through. So, hope your order is never wrong which most likely it will be at this location. Also, every single time I’ve gotten their snacking bacon it is always basically raw. I’ve even asked for it extra crispy and still is disgusting. How are you serving raw bacon warmed up? Extremely disappointed. Don’t ever come here if you want good service or good food. I also know someone who used to work here and the things she told me about how they run their business is disgusting. Don’t go here.
