Pizza Hut

First time at this pizza hut because the one closest to me continue to keep running out of stuffed crust these days. There was an issue w/my order so when I arrived it wasn't ready but it should have been because the store is not close to me. The very friendly young lady (glasses & glitter - I regret not getting her name) at the counter explained the error and said that they would throw in a few extra wings to make up for it. I appreciated the apology, the communication & of course the extra wings.

Over two hours for my online order. I was told that I called and requested pick up, regardless the fact that I didn't. The manager was nice in offering a refund for my pizzas that were sitting there for an hour and 45 minutes. However, this could have been avoided with some organization and communication. Unfortunately, this is not the first 'hiccup' at this location. Fool me once... I doubt my family will return.

I waited over an hour for a delivery. After an hour of waiting and 15 minutes past the promised time, I called to check the status and was told that I am out of their delivery area. I live approximately 10 minutes away from this location, which is likely why the SYSTEM chose this location when placing the online order. So I’m not understanding why they are stating that I live too far. However, if it is the case, someone should have called to notify me. I received no missed calls from anyone. I did receive a text that my delivery was on the way, but no phone call advising otherwise. So now options are limited to places that deliver after 10pm. Huge inconvenience and poor customer service. There was no attempt to resolve issue that was caused and lack of concern for customer.

The employees were extremely nice and made for a great experience. However i wasnt very satisfied with the pizza itself. I used to love pizza hut pizza and now i am very underwhelmed with the lack of flavor the last few times ive had it. Im not sure if a process or recipe has changed. Stopping the crust flavors is also very disappointing because it stood you guys apart from the others.

I placed an order this evening for two thin crust pepperoni pizzas. My order arrived incorrectly. I received two cheese only pies. I called the store to inform them of the error. My youngest son is Autistic and won’t eat pizza without pepperoni. It was serious meltdown mode in my home with dinner delayed as well. The manager stated that they would deliver the order correctly within 30 to 40 minutes but I have to give them back the two cheese pizzas. I was a bit taken aback given the whole COVID situation. The only reason I can assume the manager demanded the incorrect order to be returned (very unsanitary) is that they assume I was lying. How incredibly insulting! I have my order receipt and photos of the incorrect pies as proof. Not a problem, I pulled the cheese pie out of the garbage can and will return it for the correct one. Never mind the hassle, extreme inconvenience and insult. This store has FOREVER lost my business!!!! Horrible customer service.

How about have the pizza we ordered!!! We wait 15-25 minutes to get it, get to the store to pick it up, they say it’s not ready, wait another 15 minutes, then they come out and say “we are out of stuffed crust pizza!” We left there almost an hour after ordering our pizza with NO PIZZA!!!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Needless to say… there are plenty of other pizza places around us that we will now be visiting instead of Pizza Hut!!! Online ordering is a mess. There were a couple others in the store at the same time with the same issues…
