We went with the desire of the Philly steak we got last stop at an Arby’s. Unfortunately it was a limited time selection however they had the Goodburger meal. Took me back to my childhood. Very filling and so good.

Late night craving for some Arby's did not disappoint. Drive through worker was super friendly and our food was hot and tasted great. It is a tough economy right now and finding people who actual care to work and care to be pleasant is hard to find.

This review is for an individual employee. AUDRA at the drive thru was amazing. Great personality, very helpful. If you need 5 star service at this fast food restaurant ask for Audra.

My wife loves Arby's every time we go for a quick bite I asked her where she wants to go she says Arby's they have the best jamocha shake and their jalapeno bites with bronco Berry sauce is very wonderful

Firstly, let me start by saying I am in love with your boneless buffalo wings, so happy you brought back the $6 nine-piece box.
That being said, I probably visit this Arby's like four times a week due to this addiction, and I am always amazed by the awesome attitudes of the staff at this location.
Even when they're super busy, I'm talking line wrapped around the building busy, they always get my order right.
But, why I am really taking the time to write this review is because of one of the workers. Bree is absolutely amazing and always has an awesome attitude.
Again, I come to this store like four times a week, and every time I am greeted by a smile as she seems to live in that window. She's always super pleasant, and very attentive. She even knows my preference on sauces, and always has them in a bag when I pull up-
I don't know, maybe she has my voice memorized by now, but it's killer customer service in all the best ways.
Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it.
P.S. You should seriously give Bree and her team some recognition for all their hard work and wonderful attitudes, it's rare in this post-COVID world we live in, that I find this level of care in any industry- Let alone a fast food change.

So they got my order of $7.00 mixed up with the person in front of me at the drive through who's total was $12.59 but the manager ended up giving me $4.89 back cash but I should have also been compensated with maybe a free item of sorts 🤔 😅
