Taco Bell

Really rude workers here sadly. Went at around 9:30 on April 17th and we had our order taken as usual, then we get to the window and we hand them a card and they say “oh we’re not taking card, cash only sorry!” To which we reply “oh we only have card” Then the girl asks another worker if they’re taking card and the other girl comes over and tells us “We’re not taking card, there’s a sign and I did tell you before I took that order.” In the fake nice customer service voice. We didn’t notice a sign (there could have been one, but we didn’t see one, and they 100% did not say anything about cash only before taking our order.) Just really jarring having someone be so rude and gaslighting us about them telling us they’re only taking cash. It was really awkward and hilarious to be treated so rudely, so randomly. I work retail so I can empathize with expecting to have rude customers not understand problems that low-wage workers run into. However we were not rude customers and gave them no problems. Even after what she said, we were dumbstruck and just said “oh okay, thank you.” And left. Seriously confusing and sad experience after a bad day. I hope they realize how awful they made a couple of strangers feel and decide not to act that way again.

Terrible! Gave us 2 wrong items, Food is freeze dried tasting. Nothing fresh. When we went back to correct the wrong order there were many people in the lobby frustrated with the wait and poor service. Order was 1/2 corrected. We tried taco bell vs del taco for science. Del Taco wins hands down. NEVER returning to taco bell.
