Dunkin'

Staff at this location seemed like they hated being there. I went through the drive through and didn't feel welcomed by the young lady asking "what can I get you" there were only 2 cars ahead of me so it's not like they were in a rush. The cost of my order was never mentioned until I asked when at the window. Also at this location the man who took my payment was not wearing a mask as well as another employee preparing drinks inside. I am not one to complain but when handling consumers beverages, food and consistently handling monetary transactions they should be.

I can't leave a review without a star which is annoying. This dunkin donuts is horrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME and I mean, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from here they always mess it up. I don't even know why I continue to place orders here. If you want a good dunkin coffee, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Their coffee making is inconsistent One day they'll have good quality coffee another day it's just milk with sugar not stirred or mixed or anything. They also have a really long line most days now multiple minute waits Today was a short line at 7 minute wait to get my order from start to finish. I also believe I got double charged as I paid with my Dunkin app and reloaded it right before payment. I'm not sure if my Duncan app will show the transaction or not but hopefully it will and I can get some of my money back because they still had to pay an additional $4. Update just went to go eat my bagel not only did they mess up my order by just putting a non-toasted non-cream cheese sesame bagel but it's also in there without a wrap or anything in a bag. I don't know what's going on at that Duncan but I think I'm going to start avoiding it from now on which is depressing.

We ordered two green iced teas which should be simple enough and they handed us two black teas with literally no ice. Proceeded to claim that it was actually green tea and they just “changed it” when I told them we actually wanted green tea. Didn’t want to remake it or change it just lied to our faces. There were so many workers standing around with their masks off their face and so rude.

I stopped at Dunkin' this morning and the young man working the register (drive thru) really made my morning. He wished me a good day and asked how I was doing, simple pleasantries that go a long way. Turns out my coworker stopped at Dunkin' too and had the same happy experience. She told me it was his first day! When I heard that I had to write a review to say, good luck on your first day. You're off to a great start! So with that being said, not only is Dunkin's breakfast cheap, reliable, and delicious, but their staff will help put a smile on your face in the morning.
