Dunkin'

They've re-organized the inside of the store, not sure whether it's better or not it was different from before. The drive thru is kind of a poorly thought of design. Very narrow spot and with no parking lot your sometimes sitting in your car on Archer road or the rear of your vehicle sticking out on that busy road sitting... But besides that everything else is great!...

I come to this Dunkin 3-5x a week for breakfast before a 10 hour day at work. Sometimes it's amazing, the perfect breakfast stop: easy to order, get through a quick line, get the correct food and drink, and head to work. Other mornings, it's like these people are on another planet (re: one guy at at the the register literally told me "Sorry I'm on another planet right now," the other morning after getting an incorrect drink back from me, then handing me two more drinks, only one of which was even mine). I have had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker box, only to still get the incorrect items, and not have time to wait for it to be corrected (on these mornings, even if there are only a few cars ahead of me, the line takes absolutely forever, and you can see the cars ahead passing back incorrect items too). It's a gamble honestly, but worth it so much on the good days. 😁

Great drinks on an extremely hot day. Their frozen mocha coffee was perfect in resetting my temperature back to cool! Austin did a wonderful job in making our drinks and was patient as we looked over the menu and helping us decide what to purchase. We got a half dozen donuts. Just ate one as a snack. It was a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I have always loved their variety of choices.
