Teresa is the best manager she made my coffee perfectly and is always a ball of joy in the mornings. This is how Dunkin needs to be ran.

Jess was my server this morning. I absolutely loved her attitude. She greeted me with kindness. The place was spotless as usual I've never seen a Dunkin donuts that wasn't. I just want to thank you Jess for making my morning a little bit more special. And thanks for the great donuts and the great coffee

This Dunkin Donuts had some younger employees working for them, and just like it would be expected, service was not that fast but they were trying. What doesn't help is when entitled customers come in and get all huffy because it is taking a while to get their order. Instead of getting all huffy and causing a scene and making it uncomfortable for other patrons, be calm and ask why it is taking so long. The manager was working on taking care of the issue. The staff did everything they could to accommodate the male Karen and I applaud the way they dealt with them. They even apologized to me about it which was not necessary. What more can I say, the food was great as well as the coffee. Thank you.

Once in a while I get a couple dozen donuts for my residents at a assisted living. I call ahead and they have them ready for me always! Julia Bassett is also a good employer who works hard at her job and so helpful! Thank yall!

Update - Feb 2023. Amazing experience in drive-thru!! Awesome CD and just super nice folks taking order & at window.
One star review: Went thru drive-thru, had to say hello to get someone, but they were polite & efficient - she'd been laughing when she answered so thought was the nice employees (I stop in occassionally). Ordered sandwich n pastries, total $12.40. Got to window, young man ignored me then walked away. He came back and said "$12.40" - no smile, nogreeting, but gave him $20.40. He hands me $7 in bills and change. I advise I gave him the change, he says "it's a dollar in change". So I say, politely, I gave you change to get just bills back. He says "it didnt give me another bill, just TAKE it". He then leaves & comes back with donut box, still open, and thrusts it at me. I say, a bit boggled, but with a smile, "you know you're supposed to close it first right?" As I'm taking the box, he replies tersely "I just hand them out" and leaves again. He returns, thrusts the bag at me, and turns to leave. And I'm done. I ask to speak to the manager. He asks why. I say because he has been rude and the experience awful. He says "shes busy" in a flippant manner. I tell him I want to speak to her NOW (didnttell, but was firm). He walks over another employee, cups a hand to his face, and says something to him - as the other employee looks over at me..... the other employee comes over trying to sooth situation, asks if I got receipt - i didn't. He turns to get me one when mgr, female, walks up saying "I'm busy - he told you I'm busy". So i try to explain, she interrupts saying "he just put it in wrong". Rude kid is behind her and I'm just done. Tell her is WORST customer experience ever. The other employee was nice, tried to help, she just made things worse. And still never got a receipt. This place used to have amazing employees. Needs new management - someone with customer service skills.

Jessica was friendly, polite, and helpful this morning. She made sure to help us navigate the app to get our points. Love her attitude. It was a good start to the morning.

DD is always good and there's a nice variety of sandwiches, so save the donuts for later. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help you choose something delicious to go with your coffee or tea. And don't forget to use the app for perks.

I ordered ahead. I don't use the drive through oprion.My order was ready upon arrival. The store was clean, quiet and the atmosphere was pleasant.
