Applebee's

I want to preface this with the fact that i rarely ever eat at chain restaurants, i usually aim for the smaller mom and pop style privately owned poaces. I have honestly never cared for Applebee's, between the atmosphere and the terrible booths, and the boring menu items, but it has been a while since i went and it was one of the only few options still open that late at night on a Monday. With that being said though, i was pleasantly surprised at some of the new menu items, such as the cheese curds which we got as an appetizer and the holiday meal offerings, some solid deals, though i went with the usual quesadilla burger. The server was incredibly friendly and well attentitive to keeping us taken care of. This was probably the best Applebee's experience i have ever had and am looking forward to our next late night experience. Thank you all for making it a good experience.

I didn't find any problems with the air conditioning in fact I was cold and the food was fine I sat at the bar with my wife and the server told us about the half price appetizers we had the boneless chicken and french onion soup and were happy with the food and service the only thing that we could find wrong was you can't see the restaurant from the road until you pass it they need to cut some bushes back

Gavin is the best waiter I've ever had here. Myself and co-workers go after our shift from the hospital, and if we can't get him, we won't stay. The food is horrible. They can do better and stop rushing food, I used to love coming to Applebee's because of the food, BUT now these days, service sucks, every since covid EVERYTHING in the restaurant industry has gone down Tremendously!... Please please be better 🙏

Things didn't start out so great, as there was no one to greet us when we got there, When she finally did come out of hiding, it was only with an attitude. I can only assume it was because she was being forced to do her job. Everything got much better after that. Our server, Kristen, was awesome. She was super helpful and seemed eager to make our evening great. Our food was brought out quickly, and we never had to search for help to get drink refills or anything else that we needed. We were all very happy with our meals. The only complaint that any of us had was that our food was getting cold too quickly as the thermostat in the restaurant was set to arctic. All in all, it was a good night. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble, but I hope somebody sits down with the hostess and has a word with her. I consider greeters to be the face of the restaurant, so I expect a friendly and upbeat welcome to your establishment that makes me want to stay.

2023 mid afternoon Appetizers were good. Service was great. ☆☆☆☆ It was just okay. Burger was a burger and nothing special, cooked to order. Salmon was okay but salty. There was only one server and a helper. She did the best she could to keep up with her customers. Just wished she had checked back with us.
