Excellent customer service. Brandi and Brandon were absolutely kind and generous. Part of the reason why I came here is because my uncle said this was the best Dunkin location he has ever been to and I can see why. Definitely recommend others to come to this location!

Got mine in the drive-thru. The first cold brew came out darker than I enjoy, they remade it immediately! The manager was serious and kind.

Better coffee than Starbucks for sure. I don’t eat donuts but they do sell baggies full of bacon. So that’s nice.

The staff is polite an greeting when coming into the store an when looking at the donuts you can tell its clean an say sorry if they are out of something an what else do you want instead

Being new to the Ocala, I visited this Dunkin location and was AMAZED at the incredible Customer Service I received! The ENTIRE staff was efficient , attentive and kind from start to finish! Despite the holiday season and being extremely busy, they still offered personalized and friendly service!😊🥳. I would recommend this location to any/all who ask! Blessings to staff member and all who read this review!

The two young ladies that served us were very polite and helpful. They served us some great drinks and looked for more ways to assist us, suggesting expresso for my friend as he was saying he needed something strong to wake him up. Out of my entire time there the only issue was the temperature was at 65 and felt like an ice box. But the place was clean the people kind and it was a nice time.

Excellent coffee and nice friendly attentive staff that are hard workers! I really enjoyed my visit to this little but awesome Dunkin. And seriously, best coffee I've had all week! Thank you!!!
