Subway

I been coming to this subway for a very long time. I go very often, but today I had the worst experience with one of the employees her name was Stephanie. When I went I side the store there was no one, so I waited few minutes. I said “hello” in case they were in the back, but there were still no show. So I called the store maybe they would hear the phone. A lady then walked in but she had the garage can and said sorry that she was throwing the trash out. Which I understand, then the other lady Stephanie walks from the back and said “are you ready” with an attitude. So I responded that I been waiting that I am ready! Instead of her saying I am sorry for the wait she said “I know that if I pull the camera up you weren’t waiting more than 5min. When I never said that I was waiting for 5min or more. I simply said that I been waiting and that I am ready. She kept arguing with me and being so rude. I asked for her name because I would want to talk to her manager and she laugh. I was paying with the other lady and as I was leaving she says with a sweet fine voice “I hope your day gets better” of course to want to push my buttons. I didn’t say anything and just walked away because I wasn’t going to let her get to me. But she’s always there in the afternoon, another friend told me she had problems with her too. I don’t recommend going there if they are still going to have employees that treat their customers like her.

This is the first time I used the order and pickup Subway website. I placed my order at 8am to pickup for 9:30am. I arrived at he store about 9:15am and she said that she just received the order about 2 minutes prior. Then she told me that they were out of the bread for 1 of the sandwiches. I asked her why could you have not called since I sent the request was 1 1/2 hours prior why wait till I get there. She then informed me that if I choose something else she would have to void the amount and credit then recharge me. Never ever will I use this local Subway again. Never liked them period but my elderly mom does. Stick with Togo's.
