Idk where to even start. What is this? I order a power bowl, with everything except guacamole and lettuce. They have no shredded chicken “worker” made it a fact to tell me they haven't had that in a long time instead of a simple (no). I also received a kids size freeze, not asked a size but didn’t stay kids size drink. I never post but I can’t this time. Item in pic not touched, that’s how I received it.

Was told they don't have the freeze drinks anymore, but you can clearly see it on their digital menu board (see photo). The cashier could be a little more excited when talking to the customer. Customer service mediocre. 9/25/21

For years this was a terrible Taco Bell location, but something changed in the past year or so that has made this flip 180 and turned in better service. The lines are long, but they do a good job of providing good service. Sometimes you can tell they are rushing the food because some burritos are left lacking filling. But I have gone back to this location numerous times in the past year understanding the situation of a long line but still seeing the big improvements in service they have made. The workers are working and I am glad they are able to staff people to keep this business open.

Just came home with my order & they shorted me an item. I was in a drive thru line for over an hour (12/21/21 @ approx. 8:30 pm-9:38 pm). I know most places are short handed, but the lobby wasn’t even open. My order was for the Grilled Cheese Burrito combo (6.99) and 4 Chlli Cheese Burritos (they shorted me by one) and didn’t give me a receipt. This is the store at O’Fallon Pkwy, O’Fallon, MO 63368. This is a photo of the last car in line.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They were wrapped around, so I understand them being a little stressed, but the guy taking our order was extremely unfriendly, sighing when we asked for a replacement for cheese when they were out of nacho cheese. He then charged us for the cheese that was replacing what they were out of. He told us at the speaker that they were out of nacho cheese and steak. Whatever, that's fine. When we get to the window, he tells us they're out of tomatoes so our tacos won't be supreme. However, we find tomatoes on our crunch wrap. Overall just an abysmal experience.

Took over a half hour and the Mexican pizza all the topping were not separated it was a complete disappointment. Beans on one piece and meet on other with the tomatoes in one small bite size area. I would not pay for this trash again

Pretty awful to be honest. Nothing is fresh and the crunchy tacos are softer than the soft tacos. I agree with all the 1 stars. Live and learn and they lost my family dollars. Needs a major overhaul.

I'm posting this review while waiting for my order. With previous restaurant experience, I'm familiar with the drive thru portion of things and never have I ever seen the walk in customers so neglected. 20 minutes later, I will never come back to this location.
