Coffee is always great! The only thing I consistently see with this particular location is when I go through the drive thru, my order is out together BUT when I go inside to enjoy a coffee with friends, we wait long times between our orders paid for at the same time. This last time I waited 20 mins for a tall pink drink while my friend had a custom macchiato. It would be nice to see the same focus on dine-in patrons that used to be there.

I am so over this location!! They are the closest to my house, so I stupidly continue to go here. I’m done, I will now drive the extra few miles to the new Bryan Rd location for best service. My order is simple and always the same, literally daily. Carmel macchiato with almond milk, no foam, no room. I can’t have regular dairy hence the almond milk, that you pay $.60 extra for. I say no foam and no room because it is a $6+ cup of coffee that I get daily, so I want it as full as it can get cause it doesn’t last long. But it never fails, they always find a way to screw it up. Most of the time it will not be made with almond milk, and yes I can taste the difference instantly. If it isn’t the milk then it is full all the way. Below is a picture of a no room requested order, I haven’t even taken my first sip. I don’t know where the employees could say that is no room when there is an entire inch of free space at the top of my cup. The staff here needs to learn how to listen and read directions!!

Very disappointed, placed an online order that said would be ready in 8 minutes to which it took us 10 to get to this location. There were only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive threw yet to took 15 minutes to get to the window, only for us to have to wait another 10 minutes for them to make our order. Don't say it'll take 8 minutes if it's not going to be 8 minutes.
